Telephone Interpreting vs Video Interpreting
Telephone and Video Interpreting appear to be similar, however, they can be employed for different scenarios.
Telephone Interpreting is the ideal solution for when you require a quick or last-minute interpreting session. It is also practical for when your client does not want to be seen or if the session discusses private matters.
With Video Interpreting, you are able to see the interpreter, adding a personal touch to the session. This, in turn, allows for deeper and more meaningful engagement between all parties.

What are the benefits to translation and interpreting?
Our Translation and Interpreting Services enable effective communication between people who do not share the same language. They act as a courier for the transmission of knowledge, a mediator during medical, legal and business environments, a protector of cultural heritage, as well as an essential asset to the development of a global economy.
Taking into account that the UK is a multicultural and multilingual country, inhabited by various and unique language minorities, it is common to meet people that do not have English as their first language. This would, in turn, compromise their ability to communicate and to understand effectively in particular scenarios (e.g. medical appointments, legal meetings, social services meetings etc.). Fortunately, our Professional Translation and Interpreting Services facilities communication and eases integration into the wider community.
What if I require a language service for a rare language?
Our ethos is to treat all languages as equal, no matter how rare. We are proud to inform you that our language services are available in over 315 different worldwide languages, meaning that we strongly believe that we can cover the languages requested by you.
