Proud to Announce: New Partnership with Leicestershire Partnerships NHS Trust
We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a contract with Leicestershire Partnerships NHS Trust (LPT), one of the largest mental health, learning disability, and community health Trusts in the East Midlands.
This contract award marks a significant milestone for our organisation and reflects the confidence that LPT has placed in our ability to deliver high-quality, responsive, and culturally sensitive language services to support their diverse patient population across Leicestershire, Rutland, and Northamptonshire.
Leicestershire Partnerships NHS Trust provides a wide range of specialist mental health, learning disability, and community healthcare services. Language access is not a peripheral need in these settings – it is absolutely central to safe, effective, and compassionate care. Patients who cannot communicate clearly with their clinical teams face higher risks of misdiagnosis, non-compliance with treatment, and poorer health outcomes. Our role is to ensure that every patient, regardless of language or background, can participate fully in their own care.

As part of our commitment under this contract, we will be actively working to onboard locally based linguists across the Leicestershire region – creating economic opportunity for language professionals in the community while building a sustainable, geographically rooted delivery model. We will also be engaging with local voluntary organisations and community groups to support the delivery of our social value commitments, contributing positively to the wider communities that LPT serves.
We are proud to stand alongside the dedicated teams at Leicestershire Partnerships NHS Trust and look forward to building a partnership that makes a real difference – not only to the efficiency of language service delivery, but to the lived experience of every patient who needs support.
