What did Absolute’s innovative PSI training session entail?

Furthermore, Absolute has acknowledged the heavy impact that Coronavirus had on all aspects of education. They refuse to see this outbreak as a reason to pause learning processes, which is why Absolute conducted this training session over a conference call. This was not, however, a one off occurrence. Absolute commits to providing interpreting training courses via this method regularly. Not only does this enable students to continue their translator or interpreter training during such precarious times, but it also renders translation and interpreting as more accessible and viable professions to those who may not be able to get a hold of the appropriate learning materials. This is why the Chinese students of the University of Bath found Absolute’s PSI training session to be effective and highly convenient.

Absolute Interpreting and Translations hosted, in March 2020, a Public Service Interpreting (PSI) training session at the University of Bath for their Chinese students. The session was led by Mr. Kumar, the University Lecturer and Mr. Emal Haidari, who is not only the founder and owner of Absolute Interpreting and Translations but is also a qualified interpreter with over 20 years of relevant experience.
As the founder of Absolute, shared his extensive knowledge and expertise on PSI with the eager Chinese International students, this led to a successful training session with the inquisitive students wanting to learn even more about the wider subject. They were highly appreciative of Absolute Interpreting and Translations’ positive contribution towards their journey of becoming a qualified and successful interpreters.

So, what’s next for Absolute and the University of Bath?
